CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We kindly request a 1 hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling an appointment. No Call/No show policy: No call no shows come with a fee of 35% After two incidents of not showing up to a scheduled appointment and failure to notify a team member, you will be blocked from our booking website. However, you will still be able to come as a walk in. Late arrival policy: We have a 15 minute grace period for all clients. After the 15 minutes is up, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to reschedule.
